At TechDhaariHub, we stand behind the quality of our content. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we want to make it right.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
- The content was not substantially downloaded or accessed
- The purchase was made directly through TechDhaariHub
- The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free resources
- Purchases older than 7 days
- Content that has been substantially accessed or downloaded
- Purchases made during a sale or with a discount code (unless the content is defective)
Defective Content
If you receive content that is technically defective (e.g., corrupt file, missing pages), we will provide a replacement or full refund regardless of the 7-day window.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via our contact page or email hello@techdhaarihub.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your order ID or purchase confirmation email
- The name of the item purchased
- The reason for your refund request
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
